Your Instructor
Lalita is an artist, teacher, and speaker who believes that who we are is our greatest body of work. In 2014, her life was flipped upside down. On a deeply spiritual journey, she began traveling for almost 2 years and ended up in the backwoods of Europe and in the jungles of Costa Rica, learning to hear her own voice. It was there that she practiced yoga, danced, ran and meditated daily. It was there and then that she felt the truth about who we are and the magic that happens when we let go of the crap in our lives.
