I get it. Meditation can be boring, uncomfortable and seemingly made for the chill-vibe-folk, like monks or your 112 year old grandma.

Okay, this course looks pretty fun! What exactly will we be covering in the course every week?

This is a 14 day, interactive online course with a live group coaching element. Over the course of 14 days, we will practice 7 new meditations (live) and create a personalized morning routine. As a member of our private Facebook group, you can ask questions and get feedback from both me and fellow students. At the end, you will have over 13 types of mediation to choose from and a morning routine that works especially for you.

What do I know about meditation? I've spent 100's of hours meditating in the jungles of Costa Rica and backwoods of Europe.

I struggled with feeling unfocused, anxious and overwhelmed. It became necessary to learn a way to relax and focus, to discover who I am beyond all the noise around us. I had heard about meditation and tried traditional sitting and breath work, but always found it to be stressful. I felt like a failure more than anything. On my journey, I continue to learn new ways to tune into our bodies and increase a sense of well-being. Now, I'm bringing what I've learned to you. Lalita is an artist, teacher, and speaker who believes that who we are is our greatest body of work. In 2014, her life was flipped upside down. On a deeply spiritual journey, she began traveling for almost 2 years and ended up in the backwoods of Europe and in the jungles of Costa Rica, learning to hear her own voice. It was there that she practiced yoga, danced, ran and meditated daily. It was there and then that she felt the truth about who we are and the magic that happens when we let go of the crap in our lives.

The self-study portion of the course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. The VIP option, which includes 7 live meditations and a private Facebook community, is only available during select launches.
How long do I have access to the course?
